The Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BSFi) program is designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and skills across the four core areas: capture, post-harvest, aquatic ecology and resources, and aquaculture. The curriculum emphasizes the development of competencies necessary to solve complex problems within these domains, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for the diverse challenges they may encounter in the professional world. The Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology (BSMB) program is designed to cultivate competent marine biologists who are well-equipped to excel in the diverse and dynamic field of marine sciences. The College of Teacher Education is an academic entity offering programs to prepare future educators thereby becoming a feeder of teachers in the Department of Education and other private basic and tertiary institutions in the country. The primary task of the college is to hone preservice teachers to be competent (Knowledge, Skills and Values) to foster quality instruction and perform favorably in the licensure performance.

Bachelor of Elementary Education
The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) is an undergraduate teacher education degree program designed to prepare individuals intending to teach in the elementary level. The degree program aims to develop highly motivated and competent teachers specializing in the content and pedagogy for elementary education. After successful completion of all academic requirements of the degree program, graduates of BEEd should be able to practice the teaching profession in the elementary level. The BEEd degree program also draws from various disciplines like social sciences, science, mathematics, technology, languages and humanities to ensure that the graduates have a multi-disciplinary preparation in content and pedagogy. Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd)
The Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) is an undergraduate teacher education degree program designed to equip learners with adequate and relevant competencies to teach in their chosen area of specialization/major in the secondary level. The degree program aims to develop highly motivated and competent teachers specializing in the content and pedagogy for secondary education. After successful completion of all academic requirements for the degree program, graduates of BSEd should be able to practice the teaching profession in the secondary level. The BSEd degree program also draws from various disciplines like social sciences, science, mathematics, technology, languages and humanities to ensure that the graduates have a multi-disciplinary preparation in content and pedagogy. - Nagpapamalas ng mataas na antas ng kaalaman sa pagtuturo ng wika at panitikang Filipino.
- Nagpapakita ng malawak at malalim na pag-uunawa at kaalaman sa ugnayan ng wika, kultura atlipunan.
- Nakagagamit ng iba’t ibang kasanayan at kaalaman sa proseso ng ng pagtuturo-pagkatuto.
- Nagtataglay ng kaalaman hinggil sa usapin ng kultural at linggwistikong dibersidad ng bansa.
- Nakapagdidisenyo ng malikhain, inobatibo, at integratibong mga alternatibong dulog sa pagtuturo at pagkatuto.
- Nakagagawa ng pananaliksik ukol sa ikauunlad ng wikang Filipino bilang wikang panturo.
BSEd major in Mathematics

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science major in Coastal Resource Management
The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science is based on the major science disciplines such as biology, chemistry, physics, earth and marine sciences, and mathematics. In addition, the BS in Environmental Science program includes training in the social sciences so that its graduates will be equipped to understand the important role of ethics, society, and culture in the environment.
Program Objectives:
The program aims to expose students in an integrated way to environmental processes and phenomena, as well as environmental issues from the perspective of the natural sciences. It aims to train them to recognize and understand the natural environment, how humans affect the environment, and how the environment impacts society.
The BS in Environmental Science graduates should be:
- equipped with sufficient knowledge in the scientific theories and techniques needed to monitor and understand environment quality;
- able to integrate and apply the various disciplines towards the understanding of environmental problems;
- knowledgeable regarding relevant local, regional, and global environmental issues; and
- able to employ a rational structured approach to solving environmental problems.
