
In support of BISU’s commitment to digital service excellence, we’re launching MIServe — our official campus IT support and ticketing platform. Following the successful training of key personnel, MIServe is officially available starting today, August 5, 2025.
MIServe is open for use by all faculty, administrative staff, and students of BISU Candijay Campus. It provides a fast and efficient way to report and monitor:
- Network/connectivity issues
- Software/system errors
- Device troubleshooting & technical support
- Password/account assistance
- Classroom/laboratory equipment concerns
- Other IT-related service requests
Key Features:
Real-time ticket tracking, in-app chat with MIS staff, and a feedback system to improve service quality.
